Happy Friday!

As I mentioned a few times, I’ve been reading “Eat, Pray, Love” and I’m almost done. This book has become somewhat of a therapeutic ritual for me in the last few weeks. I can relate to her on many many emotions and situations although fortunately divorce is not one of them. In a way, I was living vicariously through her life and taking away new beliefs and possibly new potential rituals for myself. I’ve done yoga in the past and have felt it was too slow for me but now in this new state of mind I think it’s time I try it again. I might even make an attempt to meditate and find happiness within myself as opposed to needing some external motive all the time. Like the quote above mentions, I’ve come to realize how important human affection can be. Hopefully I can someday but all of these aspects together and find a new balance. Will keep you posted :).

Have a wonderful weekend!
